This is a talk about Kate’s bird designs. It is approx 45 minutes long.

Kate will provide a laptop and projector to run the talk on Powerpoint, but will need a screen. The talk outlines her early applique series of journal quilts and goes on to examine a number of other pieces in detail, using the elements of art as a focus for the work.

The talk includes some mini-videos, showing the work being made.

She will also bring a selection of books and cards for sale, and examples of work.
