The Blackwater in Winter 2

This scene is inspired by a walk along the Blackwater river in Berkshire in January. I wanted to attempt a slightly more abstract style and keep the shapes simpler.

The fabrics are hand-dyed , then appliqued, and free motion stitched before being stretched over a board, mounted,  framed and glazed. The frame is a light grey, with a white mount and UV glass.

Framed size is approx 70cm square Please check with me for actual measurements.
