Spring Blossom

This piece is a celebration of Spring!

The fabrics are hand-dyed , and painted, then appliqued,  before being stretched over a board, mounted,  framed and glazed. This piece uses a confetti technique, with tiny fabric pieces being sprinkled on the surface and secured with net. The frame is a light grey  with a white mount – very fresh and contemporary.
