Season of Mists

SOLD   This piece is inspired by a photo of a misty frosty walk in the woods. It was very much about colour and layers, using a range of beautiful hand dyed fabrics and then stitched detail to bring up the trees.

The fabrics are hand-dyed , painted, then appliqued,  before being stretched over a board, mounted, professionally framed and glazed. The frame is a stunning natural brown  with a white mount (and UV glass) – very fresh and contemporary. The image size approx is 35cm x 52cm, framed size is 68cm x 50cm
