Description
This large new piece is a celebration of those overlooked hedgerows and verges that we casually pass by without really seeing. I have come to appreciate the huge variety and beauty of these wayside weeds which in my opinion deserve a second glance! This piece has many layers of hand-dyed fabric, stencils and stamps added using fabric paints, then lots of collage. Stitch is the final element which ties the whole piece together.
